Salient Features
- Highly effective over wide range of alkalinity, temperatures
and other pretreatment conditions
- Due to its subdued foaming tendencies, eminently suited for
hi-tech, modern continuous or batchwise high speed processing
machinery
- Efficient scouring aid for natural, synthetic fibers and blends, lightweights
or heavy goods like technical textiles
- Suitable for normally difficult to process goods, like heavily
soiled or oil stained synthetics,
- Versatile in action, can be used in open width, rope form type
of processing of knitteds or wovens, or packaged form of textiles,
over a wide range of liquor ratios.
- Gives stable scouring systems, not prone to redeposition or
filtration effects towards suspended impurities.
- Can be used in concentrated baths, for padding or continuous
processing modes.
Methods of Application
SYNTHETIC OR BLENDED GOODS: 1.0-2.0 gm/lit of UNOZIN
SD in presence of required alkalinity and temperature conditions,
depending upon the equipment and the material under processing for
satisfactory scouring effects.
COTTON KNIT GOODS IN WINCHES OR SOFT FLOW MACHINES:
1.0-1.5 gm/lit, UNOZIN SD along with usual ingredients
such as hydrogen peroxide, STABILLISER BBPS, demineralising
agents UNOQUEST SW-N give pretreatment systems
suitable for to be dyed, or full white goods. The system can be
operated at above 100°C if pressurized equipment is available.
CONTINUOUS OR PAD APPLICATIONS:
10.0-20.0 gm/lit of UNOZIN SD can be used in concentrated
padding baths along with other chemicals, for scouring of cotton
or its blends.
YARN PACKAGES PROCESSING: 1.0-2.0 gm/lit of UNOZIN
SD can be used in packaged yarn pretreatment, due to its
fine dispersing action, stable even under high shear stress at circulating
pumps, at elevated temperatures. As there is practically no filtration
effects, the packages get uniform treatments throughout the cross
section
Shelf Life
Six months under normal conditions of storage
