Salient Features :
- Excellent scouring agent with good wetting and detergent action
- It enables fabrics to be processed virtually free of foam in
liquors in soft flow as well as in high temperature machines even
under high turbulence liquor.
- Stable to high alkali presence in pretreatment bath.
- Exhibits very good dispersing and emulsifying properties.
- Suitable for continuous range.
Methods of Application :
COTTON KNIT GOODS IN WINCHES OR SOFT FLOW MACHINES:
0.5 -1.0 gm/lit, along with usual ingredients such as hydrogen peroxide,
STABILLISER BBPS.
COTTON HANK PROCESSING:
Very much suitable for yarn processing at 0.7 -1.0 gm/lit in package
form. It improves the efficiency of scouring as the filtration effect
because of foam entrapped impurities can be minimized which very
crucial for cotton yarns in subsequent processing.
As Scouring Agent & Detergent
Scouring of Wool
1-2 gpl of UNOWET NI with 1-2 gpl Soda Ash at 50ºC for 30-45
minutes
Scouring of Synthetic & Blended Fabrics
1-2 gpl in scouring will effectively remove spinning preparations
Shelf Life : Six months under normal conditions
of storage
Packing : 50 kgs in plastic carboys and 220 kgs
