Salient Features :
- Acts a very powerful wetting agent in all textile-processing
operations.
- Works as a combined detergent and wetter in alkaline preparation
and soaping baths.
- Stable to high alkali presence in pretreatment bath.
- Has a higher cloud point than the conventional alkyl arylethoxylates.
Methods of Application :
COTTON KNIT GOODS IN WINCHES OR SOFT FLOW MACHINES:
1.0-1.5 gm/lit, along with usual ingredients such as hydrogen peroxide,
STABILLISER BBPS, demineralising agents UNOQUEST SW-N.
COTTON HANK PROCESSING:
Very much suitable for hank processing at 1-1.5 gm/lit in cabinate
or in package form. It improves the rewetting properties of yarn,
which is very crucial for cotton yarns in subsequent processing.
Shelf Life : Six months under normal conditions
of storage
Packing : 50 kgs in plastic carboys and 220 kgs
