Salient Features :
- Very strong emulsifying wetting agent and detergent for removing
hydrophilic impurities and pigment deposits from cotton.
- Exhibits very strong impurity removing action on regenerated
fibers, synthetic fibres.
- Ideal for removing grease bound dirt and mineral oil from wool
and wool blends.
- Imparts a uniform surface texture while thoroughly scouring
the fabrics.
- Higher concentrations are used to remove oil and grease stains.
- Enzyme compatible.
Methods of Application :
FOR COTTON:
- ° In desizing 0.3 – 0.5 gpl
- ° For removal of water soluble sizes the recommended dosages
are 0.5 – 1 gpl
- ° For PEROXIDE bleach (Hot or Cold) – 0.3 –
0.5 gpl
- ° For Hypochlorite bleach – 0.3 gpl
FOR SYNTHETIC FIBRES:
UNOLON FBOL : 0.5 – 1 %owg
Soda Ash: 0.3 – 0.5 % owg
At 80°C for 30 – 40 minutes
Followed by overflow rinse.
Shelf Life : Six months under normal conditions
of storage
Packing : 50 kgs in plastic carboys and 220 kgs
