Salient Features :
- Controls the exhaustion of dyes with different energy levels,
used in combination in dye bath, leading to uniform dyeing at
all temperatures
- Acts as a pure leveling agent and can be used in higher dosages
for correction of shades.
- Can be used in stripping baths to minimize redeposition of
colors.
- Helps to control oligomer problems.
Methods of Application
A) As a Leveling Agent 1. Exhaust
Dyeing
Recommended Dosage: UNOLEVELLER DL : 0.5
to 1.0 gm/lit
pH : 4.5
Run the material for 5 minutes at 600 C and then add disperse dyes
and run for 5 minutes and raise the temperature to 130ºC in steps,
as per requirement 2. Thermosol Dyeing
Recommended Dosage:
UNOLEVELLER DL : 5-10 gm/lit in pad liquor
pH : 4.5 3. Printing
Recommended Dosage UNOLEVELLER DL : 3-5
gm/kg. of print paste
pH : 4.5 B) As a Stripping Agent
Recommended Dosage
UNOLEVELLER DL : 10-15 gm/lit
pH : 4.5
CARRIER USP : 2-3 gm/lit
Raise temperature to 130ºC for 45 minutes. C)
For Cleaning of Machines
Recommended Dosage
UNOLEVELLER DL : 3-4 gm/lit
Caustic Soda : 3-4 gm/lit
Sodium Hydrosulphite : 2-3 gm/lit
Run at 130ºC for 90 minutes. Shelf
