Salient Features :
- Saves at least two to three wash cycles
- Reduces the washing time
- Increases productivity
- Ensures maximum removal of unfixed dye
- Avoid redeposition during washing off cycle there by improving
the efficiency of soaping
- Does not foam therefore ideally suitable for jets/soft-flow
machine
- Does not contain phosphate hence eco-friendly
- It is a very powerful dispersant for soil, inorganic matters
& cotton linters
- Prevents scum formation and deposition of insoluble salts in
scour-bleach operation, enhances whiteness and absorbency during
preparation of cotton in batch & continuous equipments
Methods of Application
1. For Pretreatment & Bleaching Process:
1-2 gm/lit PRODUCT ARA is recommended in the liquor
2. For Soaping of Reactive/ Vat/ Sulphur/ Direct Dyes
0.5 gm/lit PRODUCT ARA with 0.5 gm/lit to 1 gm/lit
UNODET NID can be used in batch or continuous applications
