Salient Features :

Methods of Application
For Micro denier polyester fabrics and its blends
Recommended dosages:
POLYSCOUR SB : 1.0 to 1.5 %
Caustic Soda : 3%

Raise temperature to 110-120°C. Treat for 45 minutes. Drain, followed by neutralization as follows:
Oxalic Acid : 0.5%
HCL : 1.0%
Temperature : 95°C for 30 minutes

This treatment will remove synthetic sizes and leach out oil residues from polyester, giving very soft handle to fabric.
For certain shades, it is possible to carry out single bath scouring and dyeing. Pretrials are recommended.
Brighter and sharper prints are obtained in fabrics pretreated with POLYSCOUR SB, due to cleaner substrates.
