Salient Features :
- Imparts durable softness to all types of natural & blended,
woven & knitted fabrics without compromising on the hydrophillic
nature of the substrate
- It does not cause any significant yellowing to the fabric after
application unlike organic or amino-functional silicone based
softeners
- Suitable for finishing cotton hosiery goods for absorbent effects
Methods of Application
Can be applied by both exhaust as well as padding method
Recommended Dosage:
For Exhaust Method
0.5 to 2.0 % on weight of fabric of HYDROFIL KI
pH at 4.5 to 5.5
For Padding Method
2 to 6 gm/lit of HYDROFIL KI with pH at 5.5 –
6.0
pH near neutrality to suppress tailing effect due to exaustion in
bath
Curing by drying at 1200C - 1500C recommend
