Methods Of Application
:
Pretreatment for ready to be dyed cotton goods in winches or soft
flow machines.
For dark shades, a treatment with UNOLON HPLF-0.5 gm/lit and ECOSCOUR
1-3 gm/lit at 500c for 45 min, in bath, at pH 8.5 adjusted by soda
ash can give satisfactory results.
For brighter shades, subsequent treatment with hydrogen peroxide 2gm/lit
in presence of STABILIZER BBPS and demineralising agent UNOQUEST SW-N
near boiling temperature at pH 10.5-11.0 may be required, followed
by a treatment with 0.5 gm/lit NEUTRASCAN PK.
Continuous Or Pad-Batch Applications :
Desized woven cloth or knitted goods can be padded in 5 gm/lit ECOSCOUR
and 1.0 gm/lit of UNOZIN NIT at pH 8.5 can be batched for 12-16 hours
Followed by hot and cold washes gives good scouring action.
Shelf Life :
Three months under normal conditions of storage, below 30°c
Packing :
5,35,50 kg in plastic carboys
Safety :
In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
