Salient Features :
- Imparts durable softness to all types of natural & blended
woven knitted fabrics and garments without compromising on the
hydrophillic nature of the substrate
- It does not cause any significant yellowing to the fabric after
application unlike organic or amino-functional silicone based
softeners
- Improves wicking properties on filament/spun giving a cool
feel to synthetic goods wearer of garment due to rapid dissipation
of perspiration
Methods of Application :
Can be applied by both exhaust as well as padding method
Recommended Dosage:
Exhaust Method
0.5 to 2.0 % on weight of fabric or garments of COOLSOFT
at pH 4.5 to 5.5
Padding Method :
2 to 6 GPL of COOLSOFT at pH 5.5 to 6.5
Normal drying at 120°c-150°c recommended for fixation
Packing :
50kg, 100kg, 200kg plastic carboys
Shelf Life :
Six months under normal conditions of storage |
