Methods of Application
The Denim based goods are thoroughly desized by using product like
DESIZE LW.
The dyed knitted hoses are taken directly in soft flow machines,
the garments in paddle type or drum washers.
With face outside they are entered in appropriate batch type of
machine and treated for 20 to 30 minutes, in bath containing,
VINTAGE LOOK 2.0-3.0%(OWG)
With pH adjusted at 5.5,temperature at 400 c.
The goods are then finally rinsed.
The knitted hoses alternatively can be padded on balloon padders
with 15 to 20 gpl of VINTAGE LOOK.
