Methods of Application
The goods are thoroughly desized by using product like DESIZE LW and
dried.
With face side outside they are entered in drum washer type of machine.
SEAMAGIC POWDER 25-35% on weight of goods is put into load and run
for 20 to 30 minutes depending upon finish desired, without adding
water.
The goods are then rinsed and further neutralized in fresh bath
containing
Hydrogen Peroxide 2-3% (OWG)
BRIGHTOL 1-2%
Soda Ash 1-2%
UNOLON SD 1%
Temp.60-700 C for 20to30 minutes. This is followed by normal hot
and cold rinses.
