Salient Features :

combination with any discharging wash
- It is having self-polymerisation properties even at room temperature
when exposed to normal air.
- No extra curing is required
- It is fast to any Discharging Agents like Permanganate, Chlorine
etc.
Methods of Application
1. BY BRUSH OR SCREEN
Make a proper object by brush or by screen on any Desized &
Dried Denim Fabric and then dry at room temperature for 30 –
45 minutes. Followed by Ball Blast with Hypochlorite.
The portion where the chemical is applied will resist the bleaching
action thus giving an original tone on the object and white ground
on surrounding
2. BY SPRAY GUN
Make a viscose paste by adding some thickening agent while applying
through Spray Gun or repeat the spray for two or three times in
order to apply a uniform thick film on the Garment. Followed by
drying and Ball Blasting
The product will create novel effects with Vats / Sulphurs and Pigment
Dyed Fabrics where the Discharging and Contrast can be optimized
for exceptional looks.
